General terms and conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

Reflection period: the period within which the consumer can make use of their right of withdrawal.

Consumer: the natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.

Day: calendar day.

Duration transaction: a distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, the delivery and/or purchase obligation of which is spread over time.

Durable medium: any instrument which enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information personally addressed to them in a way accessible for future consultation and unaltered reproduction of the stored information.

Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.

Entrepreneur: Acis Footwear, the legal entity offering products and/or services remotely to consumers.

Distance contract: an agreement whereby exclusive use is made of one or more techniques for distance communication up to and including the conclusion of the agreement.

Distance communication technology: means that can be used to conclude an agreement without the consumer and entrepreneur being in the same place at the same time.

General Terms and Conditions: these General Terms and Conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 3 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Acis Footwear and to every distance contract and orders concluded between Acis Footwear and the consumer.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, Acis Footwear will indicate before the distance contract is concluded where the general terms and conditions can be accessed electronically.
Article 4 – The Offer

If an offer has a limited period of validity or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.

The offer is without obligation. Acis Footwear is entitled to change and adjust the offer.

All images, specifications, and data in the offer are indicative and may not lead to claims for compensation or termination of the agreement.
Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the time the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set forth.

If the agreement is concluded electronically, Acis Footwear will take appropriate measures to secure the electronic transfer of data and ensure a secure web environment.

Acis Footwear may refuse an order if there are legitimate reasons to do so.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

The consumer must return the product in its original condition and packaging, following the provided return instructions.

The consumer must notify Acis Footwear via email within 30 days after receiving the product if they wish to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, they bear the costs of returning the product.

Acis Footwear will refund the amount paid by the consumer as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the returned product.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products that are custom-made according to consumer specifications.

Products that, due to their nature, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.
Article 9 – Pricing

Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes.

Any additional customs clearance costs and/or import duties are not included and will be borne by the customer.

Prices may change due to market conditions, but agreed-upon prices remain valid.
Article 10 – Warranty and Conformity

Acis Footwear guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and specifications stated in the offer.

The warranty does not apply in cases of misuse, improper handling, or modifications made by the consumer.

Warranty claims must be submitted within 60 days of receiving the product.
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution

Acis Footwear will take the greatest possible care in processing and delivering orders.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within the United States.

If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be notified within 30 days and may cancel the agreement if necessary.

The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with Acis Footwear until the moment of delivery to the consumer.
Article 12 – Payment

Payments must be completed before order processing unless otherwise agreed.

The consumer must immediately report inaccuracies in payment details.

In case of non-payment, Acis Footwear reserves the right to suspend delivery or cancel the order.
Article 13 – Complaints Procedure

Complaints must be submitted in writing via email to info@acisfootwear.com within 7 days after the consumer has discovered the defect.

Acis Footwear will respond within 14 days of receiving a complaint.

If a complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, it will be subject to the dispute resolution procedure.
Article 14 – Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by U.S. law.
-
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the United States.
